Gift card and Wonder Club terms

A. Gift cards

1. What it is. A Jasu Wonder World gift card (e-gift card by email or printed card) can be used to pay for products in the online shop (jasuwonderworld.com/shop) and at Jasu Wonder World’s stall at events.
2. Value and validity. The value is chosen when buying (from €10.00 to €300.00). The card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase; the last day is shown on the card or in the email. After that the remaining value can no longer be used.
3. Using it. Online, type the code in the cart. At events, show the card or the email. If the purchase costs more than the value of the card, the rest is paid in another way. If it costs less, the remaining value stays on the card for later. Several gift cards can be used at events; online one card per order.
4. Printed cards work only after they have been sold and activated at our stall. The value is written on the card at the sale.
5. No cash. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given in cash. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
6. Keep the code safe. Anyone who knows the code can use the card. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen code, but if you contact us with the proof of purchase we will do our best to stop the card and replace the unused value with a new code.
7. Right of withdrawal. A consumer who bought an e-gift card online may cancel the purchase within 14 days, as long as the card has not been used. The money is returned to the original payment method. Products bought with a gift card follow the general terms (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online orders); when an order paid with a gift card is cancelled or returned, the amount goes back onto the gift card.
8. VAT. A gift card is a multi-purpose voucher: its sale carries no VAT. VAT is charged on the products when the card is used, and it is shown on the receipt of that purchase.
9. Misuse. We may stop a gift card that was bought or obtained fraudulently.

B. Wonder Club (loyalty programme)

1. Joining is free and voluntary. You join in your account in the online shop or at our stall at an event, by ticking the consent box. One membership per person.
2. Earning points. You get 1 point for every whole euro you pay for products: online on products after discounts (not on shipping, gift wrapping or gift cards); at events on the amount you pay. Points are only given for purchases made while you are a member and logged in (online) or identified with your member card (events).
3. Rewards. Points can be swapped for the rewards shown in your account (for example a free postcard, a discount or a free print). Choose a reward in the cart before paying, or at our stall. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change the rewards; rewards already chosen for a purchase stay valid.
4. Expiry. Points expire 24 months after they were earned. Your account shows when your points expire.
5. Returns and cancellations. If a purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded, the points earned on it are removed and the points used for a reward on it are given back.
6. Leaving. You can leave the club at any time in your account or by contacting us. Your points are then deleted and cannot be restored.
7. Changes and ending. We may change these terms or end the programme. We tell members by email at least 30 days before an important change; points can be used until the change takes effect.
8. Personal data. To run the club we keep your contact details, your points, your purchases online and at events, and your consent. See the privacy policy.
