Unicorns!! 😍😍
That's the most important thing to say about this painting. Another important thing is that I wanted to make these unicorns a bit different from the traditional unicorns, which are usually portrayed bright white. Sure there must be differently colored unicorns out there. 😉

Here's the A4-sized sketch I used to trace the basic lineart on watercolor paper. The pics of the traced lineart and painting process are in the gallery below.
And here is the final result! The original size of the painting is A4 and actually just yesterday I added the original piece on Wonder SHOP, so you can now purchase this original painting here. There are also some prints and magnets available of this piece! And certainly I must not forget about the calendar, for that was the very reason this illustration was painted in the first place.
