Pegasus My original vision for this horse was not as blue as it came out to be. I only used blue for shading, and the first color layer of the horse was very blue to start with. However, I often learn the best when I make little “mistakes” like this. They work as steps that are needed on a journey to improvement. I’m happy with the way the final painting turned out and now, I have learned to combine different colors to deepen the shadows of my paintings in a way that brings more balance to the overall color scheme.
